The free tier covers a single property with full local income, expense, and mileage logging. Premium unlocks unlimited properties, receipt scanning, exports (PDF/CSV), and recurring expenses. Exact entitlements are shown in the App at purchase time.

Premium is billed through the App Store or Google Play. Entitlement may be validated via RevenueCat. Cancel anytime in your store subscription settings; refunds follow store policies.

Local-first: properties, income, expenses, mileage, and related records live in on-device SQLite. Renthos does not sync your financial ledger to our servers, and you do not need an account to use the App.

When you scan a receipt (Premium), the photo is sent transiently to an AI provider to extract fields such as vendor, amount, and date. Renthos does not retain those photos on our servers. Extracted values you save stay on your device with the rest of your books.

Use Delete All Data (or equivalent) in Settings to wipe local records on that device. Uninstalling the App also removes local storage, subject to your device’s backup behavior. You can export first if you want a copy.

Renthos ships with country-aware tax category sets for major rental markets and continues to expand. Category labels follow how each supported country structures rental deductions. Check Settings in the App for the current country list.

No. Renthos is a bookkeeping aid for organizing rental income and expenses. It does not file taxes, calculate your exact liability, or replace a CPA or qualified tax advisor. Always confirm deductible amounts with a professional and your local tax authority.

No. Open the App and start logging. Purchases and restores go through your Apple or Google account; Renthos does not require a separate Renthos login.
